VRP ALA nver agreed with me caused gas & gut symotoms I think it was because of the capsule maybe not breaking down well, I get the same with their DMSA, I used kirkman. Sometimes ALA may not produce any symtoms sometimes I actually felt really good on it with no hit but I have had periods of feeling really rough on it. I have been going for 1.5yrs. The periods of symtoms last 1-3 months typically then something happens, I then get nothing and get another hit, Sone describe it as layers releasing. I would personally go slower than 100mg if you suddenly start really moving mercury it will make you feel really bad and it will hit you like a freight train out of the blue. I went to 100mg for 3 months but decided to sit at 50mg it seemed to get the same benefit.
