How long did it take you to notice any effects, positive or negative?
I started yesterday 100mg ALA every three hours, but haven't really noticed improvement
I at least expected negative effects if mercury was being redistributed

Maybe it will take longer but it might also indicate I did not have mercury poisoning after all
