Both times that I worked on the candida (once with garlic and then 3 years later with Nystatin-I thought I could handle it then) it messed me up for many months. That is why I now am so caution about my adrenals. After reading Dr. Wilson's book, I realized that even though the candida was greatly effecting my adrenals, they had become so weak that they couldn't withstand the stress hg/mycotoxins released from the killing off of the candida.
