Sunshine, Thank you for taking the time to put those links for me. I do have Andy Cutlers book although I can't understand half of it and I can never find anything of what I am looking for. He is all over the place. I have stopped the Algin. I didn't see it mentioned at all in Andy's book. I am wondering if my xanax withdrawal has caused problems in my intestines and this could be where my problems lie. I have been off xanax for a week now and am really having trouble.
