HI sosick. I think I'll just take the wait and see approach. I dont want to outright lie, but dont wish to draw a lot of attention either.
A guy from the company rang me just before about it and was genuinely interested, as they want to know if there are any problems in their product. So I told him what happened and said perhaps it is just an temporary problem due to it all being brand new, drilling through plaster, welding etc and maybe there is a bit of "offgassing" from the product itself as it blows out that with the air.
I cannot be sure, but he is going to chat about this with the others and get back to me. He seemed to appreciate my honest about it. They are also going to check on me and see how it goes.
I am hoping it is temporary. I haven't given up, still using it on and off. So we shall see what happens. I feel it is unfair of me to remain quiet on this and lie about it and just "not use it". when the product is very expensive and I wonder about other people buying it and not having any idea of this problem... also the company can hardly be blamed if people dont tell them.
At any rate, here's hoping there will be relief!
