Anon, why are you on an amalgam forum? Dont you think you better take a good spoonful of your own advice? You're not really making much sense.

Most people on here are very ill and dont get far from the computer because of toxic illness....so what's your point? I dont even eat fastfood, I hardly drive because I'm too sick anyway. Most people here are living as cleanly as they can to try and lessen the load, but we are a little at the mercy of the environment as well. Not much one can do about that unfortunately.
