jinx, im so pleased, i feel you could use DMSA right away, your on the diet so your ready.
if you consider abottle should last at least 6 wks, its not too bad, i put money aside weekly for mine so it doesnt seem alot.
Like Bex says every 4 hrs is asafe route to take.Good luck!
