Same here, I'd leave off the parasite cleanse until later, as the amalgam removal alone maybe more than enough. If you expose yourself to a lot of parasite die off, you may flood yourself with that alone.

I agree with Sandi, I'd just stick to the diet in the meantime and wait till you are ready to do more potent cleanses.
