Hello folks... Do any of you have a Samson Juicer?

I bought a single auger Samson last May and its recently started to allow a lot more pulp and larger pieces. The folks who are handling my questions seem to be dodging my concerns... we'll see as my discussions with them continue.

I be happy to hear from you folks about any experience you have had with this, or other juicers.
