I have heard things become clearer and more colorful. I am looking forward to that. I have always had 20/20 vision or better. Everyone in my family wears glasses but me. Over the last year or two, I started developing "night blindness". It was during my last pregnancy. After the baby was born it got a little better, but still not back to normal. I always tell my husband now, that it looks so dark in our house. It is dark anyway, because our walls are kind of dark, but I just feel like I can't see,...there's never enough lights on. I was never like that before. No matter how many lights on, I still feel like there is a haze and I can't see well enough. If I look at things under a lamp, I can see the colors fine, details fine..but everything has a slight darkness to it. I feel like my peripheral vision has a darkness to it, and it doesn't look right. It bothers me a lot. I've also noticed I can't see as well. When I'm in a car, I play a little game with myself, to see how far away I can read signs. It used to be a long way. My husband couldn't believe I could read a sign that far away, because he couldn't. Now I can't. It's gotten worse. I do look at the colors in the country and imagine them being even more vibrant. Some of them seem awful bland.
