VALIUM

valium when i totally freak out gets me through, i absolutely HATE psych drugs but it helped me for the last 6 months. i hope to be off it and sleep tabs in 6. as crazy as it sounds marijuana (which i would not reccomend) got an ex-friend of mine through 6 years of hell (life circumstances.. he got off it over 1 year, changes jobs got married and is happy now. i would have to add that another friend smoked it for a week, went psychotic and has not recovered in 10 years. there is a 'happy high' company here in australia that sells legal alternatives to people who wanna chill out, almost the same effects as some bad stuff.. just not well known herbs etc.

extreme things call for extreme measures or something i heard,

my hope is u will not get any more fillings drilled till u feel SERIOUSLY much better, you might go from feeling crazy.. to BEING crazy and never make it back. u r not crazy now.
