Dear Bex I have no idea what they are and you know a certain person and I arn't on good terms. Funnily enough a vega test I had done picked up as me not necessarily having a high body buden of it, but a huge sensitivity. I was told not to wear Nickel jewellery and not to eat Broccoli or chocolate as they both have a high Nickel content. Where's the Aliminium come from? your guess is as good as mine mate. If only there was somewhere to go, people we could trust and we could just get well. Its not much to ask is it mate. Why was there no slow build up of the problem, like some symptoms coming. Why did I get so severely ill over night, after being so well. My head is going round in circles. I've always been such a strong willed person, but this Bex has most certainly got me beat.
