Hello SS - thanks for the advice. I do have some psyllium fiber.
Thanks Bex for the recipe. It actually looks like it might be pretty tasty - so maybe I will try it! I never used almond flour before. You know, the thought behind chelating is that if you remove the mercury, those other problems will go - although with candida, I think you have to also help it by adding probiotics and sticking to diet, and maybe in end stages adding a mild antifungal - but not too early. I think chelation is working, as at times, my tounge starts clearing. But sometimes I just feel weird/bad, and I just want to stop the whole chelation business.
About the safest material, my inclination is back towards Cerac - I read about it before, but dismissed it as being very expensive - my thinking then was surely most composites would be quite safe, and not contain anything bad in them. Well, there I go assuming again - not always a good thing to do. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> Ouch, Cerac could really cost a lot, and what if there is something equally acceptable for much less???? I have heard good things about Diamondlite? Maybe we should poll on who has what, for how long, and how are they doing?
