Hi Linda. Another ex-party aminal! Ooooohhhh….now we pay the price for all that fun!
I got big time depressed when I had to give up hard drugs(E). I didn’t think at the time I was that bad, but that’s because I was completely ignorant about depression. I am a bloke; we don’t go to doctors and say stuff like that! I got through mine with, first the yoga and the big one for me was learning the Alexander Technique. (again all my own discoveries) Alex T….that’s hardcore…….. well it was for me. It enabled me to continue my life. In fact it saved my life, really is brilliant, but was very hard. It was the only thing that kept me together for 2.5 years after I stopped recovering.
Looking back now it is what stopped me going mad. When I first started Alex T all my muscles where rigid, rock hard, I was like a walking plank of wood. My shoulders felt like they had bags of rocks inside them. How the hell I have managed to keep my excellent job is beyond me! I guess its lucky I love my job. Ditto my family.
I still practice everyday without fail.

Yes I thought I had SAD. Read all about sunlight therapy. Sat in the garden in my pants sunbathing at 6am….LOL
But whatever, sunshine is good for me, I always feel better when I have been out in sunshine. The longer the better.

“I'm amazed you found one who told you to educate yourself, Sunshine. Rare indeed.”
- he didn’t tell me to educate myself, that doesn’t work with anyone, especially not people (like me) with zero proper (holistic) health knowledge. But what he did do was show me incredible stuff that blew my mind and then asked enough questions to make me investigate……..and one thing lead to another….and here I am.

Please to meet you LindaLou
