Teacup. colonics are great but expensive,maybe do one a month when you can afford it but enemas you can do anytime you want. look at the curezone enema and colonics forum. there are so many recipes for enemas including a garlic one for parasites. good luck. www.wholisticresearch.comthis is where i got my enema bag.
