Need to order on line am totally confused after looking
The say need to have large opening at the top to clean, or bucket
type, a colon tube and an IV stand. Plus it needs to be 3 or 4 quarts
at least. The prices go from $20.00 to $250.00 on average. Just how
much do you need to spend to have one that will last, is easy to clean
and such forth. Silicone is said to be good except you can not use
oils in it, for metal stainless steal.

Help have read that several of you do this now can not find the links
to ask those people.

The only one in my area leaked horribly could have taken a show with
it, have to take it back to the store.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Teacup

My colonic therapist lady said all the DIY methods were pretty messy and didn't even come close to the full effect of a professional colonic. Isn't difficult for me to believe her, she has really expensive major equipment. I can feel the water way up under my rub cage.

Considering the expense and time involved for setup/cleanup (yuk) on a DIY colon cleanse, and then the lack of effectivemess compared to a professional one, I prefer the latter.

Not to dissuade you if you are sure you want to go that way, just my two cents on the issue. A professional session should only cost you around $75.00.

Will have to see if can find a colonic therapist, have a larger
city about 110 ten miles from me.

However since they are so far a way still want to do the other
on my own. Do not care how messy it is as need to really
clean the area out think it may make chelation easier if
the bad stuff moves out faster. Presently have problems with
spams in the lower colon not letting me eliminate even though
it is very soft.

Thank you

Colon cleansing was one the most significant things I did to help me feel better. Mercury will stay in your stomach and colon and leak through from there keeping you ill for sure if you don't approach it directly. It weakens your muscles and makes it difficult to eliminate properly.

Before I went to the colon therapist I used an OTC herbal colon cleanse from the health food store... gave me the runs a bit, helped a bit I think to loosen things up but doesn't compare to one hour at the therapist.

My therapist said the DIY enema cleanse might reach 10-15 inches or a bit more into your colon whereas her method and major equipment definitely gets a few whole feet of it. Maybe more even I think because really I felt the water way up under my rib cage, not just at the bottom of my rib cage but a good couple ribs up.

I wouldn't assume there isn't a therapist near you just because you don't live in a city. Your local health food store is a good place to ask about that. My therapist isn't listed in the yellow pages or anywhere either, I got her number from my doctor.

Teacup.

colonics are great but expensive, maybe do one a month when you can afford it but enemas you can do anytime you want.
look at the curezone enema and colonics forum.
there are so many recipes for enemas including a garlic one for parasites. good luck.

here is another site.
they sell colema boards which are expensive but work as well as colonics without the embarrasment of other people doing it for you.

i have to agree with you so-sick, you simply must get the rubbish out of your colon to get better. i do enemas daily now, the junk in there is unbelievable, to think we walk around with that inside us, no wonder were toxic.

I will pass on the colonics, think is a waste of time. Your colon is 7feet long and water only goes up about 1-1.5 feet. A lot of the cloggage is around the duodenum / valve

A good diet is all you can do, it will clean itself out as you cleanse, the body has the ability to heal itself. You have to have patience and not think in1 week will be healed - think 2 years

Colonics are not a waste of time, and the relief they gave me for only $75 is well beyond my ability to fully describe here. I don't think 75 dollars is expensive compared to the cost of long term toxicity. A drop in the bucket compared to months of suffering and daily self-help attempts if you don't.

The water goes well beyond just 1.5 feet btw with a professional colonic. I'd compare it to pumping your stomach from the opposite end.

Dawn. I was aghast after my first colonic and what came out of there. Things not described in textbooks...

Once a month is probably fine. I have only had 3 in my lifetime, all during this previous spring. I haven't felt the need to go back the past several weeks. I know when I need it... my hips joints start aching and it hurts to walk from too many toxins passing through my colon.

It was only embarrassing for the first 10 minutes or so... my colonic therapist, and I have to assume it's probably the norm for people who do lots of this, worked quite hard my first visit to overcome that, she was great. I know for sure I could never do for myself what she does... as the colonic thing is happening she was there massaging parts of my stomach to help loosen it up. You could literally feel the lumps and blockages the first time I went in. I'm not heavy and everything was pretty evident in that regard. She was able to literally massage these hard things that would not budge in my stomach loose while the water rinsed.

I never had a single issue with my stomach prior to being poisoned by the dentist btw, so all of that is defintely caused by the mercury and other poisons in their materials.

hi teacup: if you get the right colon cleansing set up ,you can do a colonic at home ,and it is not messy at all ,I do them at least once every three weeks and fiound them to be very good for detox ,my sister is a colon hydrotherapist and told me where to buy my equipment online and how to set it up ,It is very simple to use and will pay for it's self with just in a couple of months the average colonic cost about $65.00-75.00 per session ,and is difficult find someone that does them in your area , you have to do at least 4 to 6 sessions to actualy see any results ,this is why you can see the savings in doing your own at home the set-up will cost around $300.00 and have a web sight if you are interested www.colema.com/

to teacup: just wanted to add to my last post that I have used my sisters $10.000.00 colonic table and my $300.00 colema board and have to say that my colema board set-up is just as effective as my sisters expensive colonic table
