If it is candida, which I think it sounds like it is to me... you are going to have to bite the bullet, do a cleanse, stay on it for a few weeks and be well aware of the fact that you will feel like crap for the first week to ten days of that cleanse.

After which you should start feeling pretty good. But there is absolutely no way to get to the end of the tunnel and see the light without going through the dark tunnel that that cleanse makes you feel like you are in. You cannot just do something for one day or two days, feel terrible and keep stopping. You have to continue on through it all the way to the end to be successful with it.

You might want to check and see that your refrigerator is clean. Mold and fungus can really take an upper hand in a dirty fridge and contaminate anything you put in there. H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) is great for killing mold and fungus in the fridge. If you don't have any, use a 10% solution of clorox bleach or the equivalent in some soapy water. If you use H2O2 use it in soapy water also. Wear gloves.

Oregano is great, so is parsley, the fresher the better. Use it fresh in salads. I like the herbal over the counter candida cleanse products best, available at most health food or whole food stores.

Where I live, It's like a rainforest sometimes, tons of rain during this time of year especially. It's coming down in buckets like a cow peeing on a flat rock right now. When we first moved here I started feeling yucky after several months, wound up in bed for a good few days to a week with swollen eyelids, laryngitus.... I took a look around around the house, in corners, on walls... I noticed mold, some black, some whitish, but mold, lots of it I had to look closely to see it... little black dots etc... I washed this place down hard... clorox and soapy water, the floors, the baseboards, doors, every single room... the walls even.

I felt much better afterwards and haven't experienced a mold reaction in 3 years now. I do little parts of the house now and then on a regular basis, bathrooms especially.

I also put dust mite covers on our beds, mattresses and pillows, couch even. every little bit helps.
