With the a multiglandular supplement a good idea is to stick close to the recommended dose on the bottle. Take less if you feel it would be a good idea.
I have ever heard of an oberon machine before so I can't say anything about it. My geuss is it works on the same premise as a vega tester. I have some experience with vega testers and find them to be fantastic diagnostic tools, as long as the person who tests you knows what they are doing. If you're not sure you want to take glandulars it would be a good idea to get your pituitary, adrenals, thyroid vega tested to see if they are weak. If they are then you need glandulars. Annonymous would have to fill you in on this oberon machine because its a new one to me.
I still recommend taking a multiglandular because mercury does disrupt the endocrine system. If you have mercury than you have some degree of endocrine disruption and this disruption can be corrected with glandulars. Additionally I'll recommend you get vega tested for your all of your glands (including hypothalamus, pituitary, pineal, adrenal, thyroid, parathyroid and reproductive as well as the different organs. Maybe look into this oberon machine too.
I don't know exactly what Quantum Biofeedback is but I've heard the name before and it sounds good. I've had live blood microscopy and wasn't impressed with the person doing the test, they said if I had a virus they would find it. I had Epstein-Barr Virus at the time and he didn't see it. Of course he didn't though because EBV likes to hang out in the Central Nervous System, not the blood. A live blood analysis would probably be a good idea all in all though.
