Ih8u no problem. It's always a bit of a relief to know you're not alone and the odd symptoms you deal with that cause you to feel or think in certain ways are not "you". believe me! The bingeing is nothing to do with being weak willed either, this is very real because this stuff switches on the appetite centre of the brain at times and even if you are "full" you cannot stop the drive to eat.

Candida does that also, both contribute to toxicity and brain toxicity also which upsets these balances. I was able to control cravings once I reduced the candida with diet. It sounds like your digestion right now is a bit of a mess, which might mean you need to stay away from sugar, but also grains (which are hard to digest) and nuts and raw vegetables/fruit temporarily.

You can eat eggs, meat and cooked veges, plain yoghurt and things which should be "ok" on your digestion. You may also need to take things like vitamin C powder, magnesium etc which might loosen up the bowels. Epsom salts is a good way to get magnesium but tastes digusting. Magnesium citrate is probably the best form. Dont overdo the fibre becuase it's obvoiusly causing more problems than not. Rice may not be a wise move becuase it's a grain and your gut probably needs time to heal.

Eat plenty of fats, that is one thing people dont do and that can help heal a person. I mean butter, lard, olive oil, fish oil, flaxseed oil (which you can mix in yoghurt or cottage cheese) etc. This can also help you with constipation.
