thank you so much Bex. when i ate frozen buns a while back i was so scared. i was so out of control. i really thought i was going insane. i used to try to eat raw noodles too. thank god i lost the urges after a while.

another problem with 'the right foods' is that fiber bulks up and stays in my stomach making me very uncomfortable and i still cannot go. laxatives won't push it but makes it hard to breathe and i get pains. pretty annoying. very hard to function at school or even go to school. nausea too.

i only eat sugar when i binge, but the carbs is another big problem for me. dinner is rice every day. i try not to eat very much of it though. if vegetables don't cause me so much discomfort i'd go splurge on them, but they make me feel i'm about to die if i'm backed up which is just about every day now.

i can feel the urge to go. a gentle pushing in my abdomen, but its not strong enough to make me go. which drives me insane. it makes me so angry too. i hope i don't go over the edge soon.

you're right mercury sounds like it can imitate so many things. i just don't want to go all out trying to get mercury out only to realize it wasn't my main problem. but getting the mercury out could be a very important step as it weakens the immune system and other functions and keeps parasites and candida happy. so i can't lose there except in terms of money and time. but i guess it would be worth it if i can fix myself.

and nope my mom never had amalgams.

after i get the last of my amalgams out next week, hopefully my algin will be here by then. i guess i'll start by trying to get the metals out of my intestines and then start chelating either with DMSA or modifilan.

although my main worries right now are whether or not the regular dentist will do a good job and if i would get significantly sick the lack of rubber dam and other precautions. i live in a big city so finding biologic dentists aren't my problem (theres one 10 walking blocks from my house except i don't know the price and quality) , but there's no way i can afford $3000 on my teeth. ill just have to get it done by my regular dentist and go somewhere else for an x-ray to check it up since my amalgam removal is covered by my insurance. school starts in about a month though. =\

also, whats the minimum amount of the multi glandular i should take?
