does anybody else feel paranoid that their dentist did not remove all the mercury in their amalgams?

i had a few removed today, but i just feel paranoid. then again i've always been paranoid. this was a regular dentist so no precautions were used other than my excessive use of activated charcoal before and after.
the amalgams that were removed today were pretty tiny to begin with. just just a drop or so on a few teeth. i have 2 wider amalgams that need to removed soon too. oh the paranoia.
