Drink LOTS of water after EDTA. Take Vitamin C & E. Eat a big salad if you have the energy to make one, real good for headaches. I have found that drinking a tablespoon of organic unfiltered cider vinegar with about a cup or maybe less of water for a couple days in row helps my kidneys stop aching (when they do from time to time still, not real bad though) and I feel a lot better overall. the only thing that'll really keep my headaches away is cilantro with lots of garlic, I'm not recommending that for you at this point, maybe downline. I also use feverfew to keep migraines away but I have a feeling it interferes somewhat with vitamin C maybe (not sure), which is kind of a conflict when chelating (or maybe it even chelates a little, not sure about that either but it is sure is dependable for migraines). But still,if I get a migraine that bad, had one last week, I eat the feverfew anyway, just a little bit helps me and the headache will usuaully subside the next day. The feverfew works extremely well but you need to take it generally a few days a week (when you don;t have headaches) to keep them away for good.

My bones ached, and elbows knees, and butt were extremely senstive, painfull to the touch, that has pretty much subsided. Otherwise my mercury poisoning was a lot of numbness but I know the painful baseball in the back of the neck feeling real well.

Stay with the EDTA Tracy it gets worse before it gets better. But you might ask about adding DMPS to that IV after a half dozen EDTA sessions. It really speeds things up. The EDTA will make you real real tired, so just rest.

The EDTA gave me headaches too... ask your dr if they have any OTC chelators with dmsa that you can use at home, eat just a little bit of fresh cilantro when taking a couple or few of those after EDTA and you should avoid the headaches. That's how I got through it anyway.

So a couple options there, feverfew, cilantro (just a couple sprigs) and DMSA one or the other or both.. The DMSA routine is defintely more compatable with chelating I think though.

The feverfew may help that achy neck, I know after I ate some last week my neck feels better. I had a tooth extracted to hopefully help that, and it did somewhat but comes back. At least I don't have it everyday anymore.

I think you are experiencing the after effects of starting EDTA. Hell to go through the first few weeks, hard to forget. But worth it.

btw, if I take painkillers or aspirin to try to make one of those headaches go away i get a few hours relief and then 3 more full days of extreme intense migraine. Everytime. So I do not take aspirin or painkillers. Plus the painkillers hurt my kidneys which need to be functioning optimally for chelation..
\Eat lots of fiber. Buy some psyllium. Also colonics help a lot for back pain and leg pain. all of this combined with your EDTA sessions adds up to lots of time and some expense but I do not know any other way to get through it. I went for about 3-4 full months of daily doing nothing but self care in all these areas and that in itself exhausted me fully, both physically and financially, from which I am still recovering. The worst of my mercury poisoning subsided a good couple months ago.
