Does anyone know if iodine deficiency can cause anxiety?.
Though my numbness has improved alot since removal. i still suffer really bad from anxiety..

Does anyone know if the self test is reliable?. where you put a 2" circle of iodine on your arm, and see how quickley it absorbs. if it's gone in one hour. it suppose to mean your very in need of it!
