I recently bought a copy of Iodine:Why You Need It, Why You Can't Live Without It. By Dr. David Brownstein M.D. I found out about Dr. Brownstein from a link that Blicero had for a video of the Doctor. This is a great book!!! Not only does he tell about the critical role that iodine plays in the body but also how it's used to detox and reset many of the bodys' endocrine system organs. This book struck me as not just opinion based but packed with references and studies by credible medical(hard to believe) researcher studies. Dr. Brownstein is on our side in this fight and not just trying to "cash in" on alternative ideas. I began taking Iodoral last week and feel it working as I type. I was one of the ones who had a complete revision and gained nothing in feeling good. I knew there was a missing "something" and I now think I've found it. Here is a link to his website
