Thanks guys, I think you maybe right. I know that I heard a lady say that these algae like chlorella and spirulina tend to cause reactions in those with candida and she does not recommend them....so I feel rather stupid for buying them, they were expensive.
If any of you were close and wanted them? I'd send them to you. They'll just go to waste.
I have been very sick over these past days and in fact almost incapacitated believe it or not. I have a strong sensation of a stupor to where I spend all day lying or sitting feeling ill, and cramping. I have also had the runs...
I dont think this is toxic clean out from this stuff, Ithink somehow it is possibly adding to the burden if my gut is unable to handle it. I think yes it maybe the cellulose!
I used to vomit profusely with chlorella, to the extreme and all day, but I attributed that to posisbly the batch from the lab. This time that has not occured with another brand, but I have had nausea....so I think it's time to stop.
What i may do is wait , see if things settle and just try spirulina on its own....I mayhave to miss the chlorella, but we shall see.
Thanks for your helpful insights. And yeah Gary, I dont want to take this or that to help me digest a supplement...I really feelmy body is under too much strain and it may not matter what I take right now.
I dont know if it was the batter Linda, but it coudl have been but could it have been mercury? I ate two fish, mussell fritter and crabsticks...being in New Zealand we tend to think that we are safe from these things but I am starting to think differently.
