And will I see any improvements doing these with amalgams in? how long does it normally take to feel better?

I feel so discouraged as I cant afford to get my amalgams out and scared of the thought of getting worse after removal. Nerves of the teeth get worse and risks of more mercury burden and immune system not handling it all at once.

I feel im stuck in a rut and dont know how to get better.

Than I fear IgG, IgE and Sensitivies or intolerances to food.

How do I know eggs dont make me worse even if they are allowed in Candida diets. How do I know chicken is ok for? Im so panicy. I try to reassure myself that it will be fine but I always suffer with stress and take loads of Vitamin B3(Niacinmide) meant to help anxiety but doesnt and popped passifora and some fish oil.

Is INOSITOL any good? I dont do well on Vitamin B's though.

I have no idea what Humaworm is.

Grapefruit seed extract works great against candida. Just remember to dilute it well since it is very strong! Put 3 drops in 8 ounces of water and stir it well. Try this 3 or 4 times a day to start. Later you could increase it to 5 or 6 drops in 8 ounces of water 4 to 6 times a day. Grapefruit seed extract is a also good to use in a water pick. Put around 6-8 drops in 16 ounces of water and stir it well.

For the stress, I suggest you take magnesium supplements(perhaps 500mg or so a day of magnesium?) and perhaps also take a calcium supplement if you diet is not high in calcium. If you aren't on any prescription drugs then try taking St. John's Wort. It has calming properties. It also made me drowsy and helped me sleep better. I suggest you take it at night. I took one or two 300 mg 0.3% hypericin capsules at night. St. john's Wort can't be taken with prescription antidepressants. Consult your doctor before taking it if you are on any prescription drugs. st john's Wort does make people more sensitive to the sun and sunburn easier, so exposure to the sun should be limited while taking it. It also reduced my appetite which was a good thing. It is also said to have anti candida properties. I am no longer taking it, but might start taking again if I feel I need it(sleep problems, excessive appetite, or depression or irritability).

It is worth doing the candida diet no matter what state of health you are in, or with or without amalgams. It is simply a healthy diet that enables the body to garnish its healing power and start to not only reduce any yeast overgrowth that might happen to be a problem, but also naturally improve immunity and cleanse the system.

It cannot be harmful unless you are starving yourself. What is harmful is the continued consumption of toxic junk foods that further compound the problem. Increasing the toxicity of what your body already has to deal with, encouraging yeast overgrowth and the toxins that come from that, overloading the gut and liver, burdening the immune system and so forth.

Bacteria, yeast, parasites are all encouraged by a diet that contains sugars.

Think of the diet as something you are doing simply for your overall health and taking some of the burden of your immune system. Some people get much improvements from it alone they even question whether they still have mercury poisoning!

Though mercury toxicity can be the reason for the overgrowth, so it is hard to tell what problem is doing what. I would definitely do the diet if I was you, but you "May" get intiial worsening of symptoms as the body begins to reduce and clear out overgrowth and toxins.

This can last a few weeks, depending on how toxic you are and how much overgrowth there is. The diet usually consists of excluding sugar, fruit, honey, milk, grains and high carb vegetables like potatoes, corn, peas/beans etc.

You can freely eat meat, eggs, liver, chicken, vegetables that are low carb (which there are plenty), tomatoes and lemons, maybe acidophilus yogurt if yu tolerate any dairy (sugar free/plain) and maybe a few raw nuts like almonds/brazil. But they should be kept minimal.

Healthy fats like butter, extra virgin olive oil, virgin coconut oil, fish oil (mercury free), flaxseed oil (which can be mixed in yoghurt), lard, all can aid in helping you heal, increasing bile flow, help satiate the appetite etc.

What you add to that is up to you. You may not like the sound of the diet, but it's the one that tends to help most people. Some may decide to add sme non gluten grain or a bit of fruit if they tolerate it, but usually that is no advisable as it can still feed existing yeast.

I cannot tell you exactly if/when you will feel better. It differs for each person. But typically it can take about 3 weeks or so...

It is hard also if you are under a cloud of mercury toxicity or other toxicity because sometimes it depends which one is causing the most issues (candida or other toxicity).

I cant handle grape seed extract I was really anxious taking it.

But they say you cant ever get rid of candida with amalgams in(which hopefully isnt true) so I dont see the point in doing the diet if its not getting rid of it and stressing over my enjoyment of food though as I rather just eat what I enjoy. I cant handle it.

HUMAWORM is for parasites. I also heard you cant get rid of parasites unless you get your amalgams out. I HOPE THIS IS NOT TRUE as I cant afford to get mine out. I have too many.

I looked up Humaworm. It has herbs such as wormwood, senna, and buckthorn in it. While taking those for a short time may not be bad, imo it is probably not a good idea to take those long term.

it is hard to stay on a low carbohydrate diet. It find it easy enough to give up sugar(including fruit) and alcohol, however it is too hard for me to avoid eating grains for long periods of time. The idea is not to get rid of candida, but to keep it at manageable levels so that it does not cause extreme symtoms. Left unchecked, candida can cause digestive problems(gas, bloating, constipation or diarhea) mouth infections, athelete's foot and or jock itch(if one has plenty of candida in their digestive system it is hard for the body to fight off fungal infections elsewhere).

Humaworm also contains plenty of black walnut. Some of the herbs in it act as laxatives, so the side effects of taking this even short term may be annoying. Longer term there might be some concern about toxicity of some of these herbs. It might be very useful to take short term for those who have trouble getting rid of parasites. Grapefruit seed extract is also antiparasitic. I suggest that you start using that first, then perhaps try using Humaworm short term if you feel you really need it.

I have been reading the Humaworm forum on Curezone. Very interesting. It seems like many of the reactions people are getting from it are from candida die off. Others do see some visible evidence of parasites. Some parasites may be too small to be seen though. Humaworm might be worth trying if after using grapefruit seed extract for a while and still don't feel any change. grapefruit seed extract is also anti parasitic. The laxative action of the Humaworm may also help to get rid of parasites, however it seems like it could be a very annoying side effect. If you do decide to use Humaworm, imo it makes sense to use grapefruit seed extract for a while first to get the candida level reduced greatly. While grapefruit seed extract is also anti parasitic, Humaworm might do a better job against parasites. I see the standard usage of Humaworm is for a month. I guess that is probably the maximum amount of time one would want to use those herbs considering the possibility of longer term toxicity. I noticed that it has relatively little senna or buckthorn, however I am wondering why they have been included at all.

I felt really ill using pycnogenol and grapeseed extract. I felt more spacey and anxious and really stressed out.

I said grapefruit seed extract. That is very different from grape seed extract. Grape seed extract is an immune system booster, while grapefruit seed extract is a very powerful antimicrobial.

anonymous, I took the Barefoot Herbalist Dewormer WHILE I had metal fillings in- and it helped a great deal for me-- in fact, I also did colon cleanses before that-- and both the colon cleansing and the parasite cleansing really cleaned my digestive tract out- so that I actually had a flat stomach for a change-- and looked great in jeans!
I even did some liver flushes which further helped.
Getting my metal fillings out was the LAST thing I ended up doing and it helped me further.

Even with my metal fillings, my immune system Kicked up a few notches by the cleansings and proper nutrition.

Getting the metal fillings out gave me an Edge, naturally, but still- I feel that I greatly benefited by doing the parasite cleanses, and colon cleanses and it helped my body Rebound from the burden of mercury it was fighting.

If I were you- I'd do some gentle parasite cleansing and candidas cleansing-- improve the diet, take Algin to keep the mercury under control, and increase your amounts of Magnesium, Selenium , other minerals and Vitamin C in the body. Get some organic, lean hormone/antibiotic Free meats in you if you are mercury toxic. I am a vegetarian, but I read that those who are mercury toxic NEED the animal proteins.

...."I noticed that it has relatively little senna or buckthorn, however I am wondering why they have been included at all."

RG from Humaworm adds the Senna for a natural laxative, but some people (like myself) are sensitive to Senna. I found out that you can actually contact RG on the Humaworm website and ask him to replace the Senna with Cascara Sagrada herb if you order-- which is actually better for your colon and works better in my opinion, than Senna. It is also non-habit forming.

i have tried the Humaworm and believe it or not- I actually did get out alot of fluke worms and a whole slew of Thread worms that I had No IDEA I had in me! In future orders I am going to request he replace the Senna with Cascara Sagrada though.

Its important to drink plenty of fluids with Humaworm, because the herbs are so full -strength, that you may get alot of "die-off" and irritable bowel symptoms otherwise. Humaworm is an awesome dewormer. My other favorite is Barefoot Herbalist's dewormer. He also has a forum on Curezone.

The laxative action of the herbs didn't bother you?

Anonymous, the laxative reaction didn't really bother me-- I guess because I stayed hydrated during the parasite cleanse and didn't go beyond 30 days.

Senna does bother alot of people though- but as i mentioned, you can request that Senna not be added , and replaced with Cascara Sagrada ( much more gentler than senna) or replaced with nothing else.
