I certainly hope so.. Now its day 5 and I feel absolutely awful. Fatigue and anxiety are such a nasty combination and my whole body feels very tense and nervous. My original dose was 10 mg but for the past months I took it only when I remembered.. like the every other day or so.. so I guess a good dose could be 5 mg daily.
