Try doing a candida diet, that will make the most difference. Supplements aren't being utilized if your digestion is impaired with candida, and if you have mercury toxicity, you likely have candida overgrowth as well.
Best luck, Sandi xoxo

I recommend inositol, it's great for anxiety, even 500 mg helps me.

Your symptoms sound adrenal and or thyroid related. Have you had your cortisol levels and or your thyroid checked? Check out this website for more info: www.stopthethyroidmadness.com.It discusses the symptoms that are related to these deficiencies. Many folks who have mercury problems also have endrocrine system issues such as adrenal insufficiency and thyroid deficiencies. Gabriella

Thanks everyone. Will try INOSITOL <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />.
I had my levels checked and my Cortisol was fine but DHEA was exceptionally high lol. Apparently this is good compared to the otherway around.
I had my saliva done for thyroids and getting it back next week. Is this ok or should I get blood work.
Thanks again everyone for suggestions.
How long does the candida diet take to work? is it good to work with amalgams in? I heard you cant beat candida or parasites with amalgams in.

I'm not sure exactly what high DHEA means but it is indicative of endocrine problems. Consider very high or low readings of any hormones to be indicative of an imbalabce (a fixable one). The forums at stopthethyroidmadness.com are good for getting answers about wat high levels of this or low levels of that mean.

Sounds like candida symptoms. Try taking grapefruit seed extract. Start with 3 drops in 8 ounces of water 3 times a day(stir well). Gradually increase this to 6 drops in 8 ounces of water 8 times a day. Also take 400mg or 500 mg a day of magnesium.
