HI, I ordered some chlorella and spirulina, so going to see how that goes. I cannot afford the IV vitamin C
Yeah Joe, I think you're right. Dietry yoghurt does not quite get the potency and also probiotics in supplements release directly into the gut where it's needed. I may need to get some again.
But chlorella and spirulina are supposed to have some properties that apparently build good bacteria in the gut, so that's a bonus as well.
I just have to try and keep things to where i can handle the cost. Basic, but effective. I think I may opt ouf of single manmade supplements and rather go for the natural more....however I still do not know if it will work.
I think fish oil is a good one to continue taking though and selenium. I know what you mean Joe about milk thistle and selenium. I have had reactions also and I think that is a sign of mercury. I seem ok lately but that's possibly because they are a bit past their best
Linda, I am really sorry to hear how you are at the moment. IT seems it's a never ending cycle (roller coaster). I hope you are feeling better today! I think you are doing everything you can do for yourself. Diet, chelation, supplements etc. I am hoping things will begin looking up soon for you. It is a slow process and it is never usually a smooth upward climb in improvements. It is up and down.
