Have you tried using milk thistle The liver given the correct nutrients can actually rebuild itself. http://onlythebestherbs.com/InfoSys.php?PN=Milk%20Thistle%20Time%20ReleaseJust a thought milk thistle does awesome things for the liver. You may also try eating liver once a week, it is supposed to supply all kinds of goodies the liver needs. Yes am eating a pound a week with onions steamed. LOL Teacup

hi guys: I have been using milk thistle for about three years now It's very good stuff , thanks for the sugggestion , I was told by my sister who is a colon hydrotherapist that milk thistle is great for rebuilding the liver ,but does nothing for decogesting the liver and gallbladder ,so I started the castor oil packs to decongest the liver about two weeks ago they suggested 3 times aweek for 1 hour ,the first day I did not feel anything ,but on my second castor oil pack session felt very light headed and felt weak the next 3 days ,I suppose that it is starting to pull toxins out of the liver ,the next 2 sessions the weakness only lasted 1 day ,so far I feel like it is helping me with the depression ,back pain and numbness in my left arm, but the short term memory and chemical sensativity have actually have gotten worse ,it must be pulling alot of toxins out of my liver, I am drinking alot of unsweetened apple juice as they also suggested to remove the toxins ( the pectin in the apple juice is good for this purpose) they suggested the castor oil packs 3 times a week for three months and once a week after that , I also started taking olive leaf to eliminate any yeast(candida ) that might be lurking . SO FAR SO GOOD!!!!

Hi For liver and to start your detox, I really believe that a homeopathic liver combination will cleanse the deepest and is the gentlest. I think once this is working better then you can concentrate on the specifics, but really you should undergo a variety if tests so you dont second guess what your problem is - live blood microscopy and quantum bio feedback test - this will give a good indication. http://www.nutritiondynamics.com/products/homeopathics/sarcodes.htmIf you are quite sensitive then this would be best, to focus on liver gall bladder and then metals. I think with a good diet is all you need to deal with yeast, and you will get yeast dieoff with a heavy metal detox. For metals try a 1/4 dose of natural cellular defence and PCA-RX to start: take a little more each month, if get a headache back off or take a few days off and then keep going. As far as vitamins/antioxidant maybe just Fruits of Life by RenewLife is fine. its totally natural. Minerals, use sea salt and maybe Highlands Bio 12 salts - should be able to get a combination with all 12 in one tablet homeopathic: http://www.healthegoods.com/content/cellsalts.htm?gclid=CMrLmKCRvI0CFSUfhgod3RKaQw

Castor oil is suppose to be real good for rubbing into swollen lymph glands too, to help release toxins. I was doing that for a bit, it may have helped a tad but I am going to try this method of a couple hours a day a few times a week and see how it goes. The glands on the right side of my neck have been slightly swollen since January or late Dec. Whether it's mercury locked in there or a reaction to plastic filling material from one of the dentists, because it started with the work on that tooth, I'm not sure.

Dear So Sick,
Worried about your glands this could be something else entirely, very serious stuff.
One thing to check for is your blood pressure low. Take your blood pressure laying down, next stand up and take it again. Often if it is adrenal it will be up to 10 points lower upon standing.
Try using licorice from 2 grams to 4 grams in milk in the morning see if you feel better. Only do this if your pressure is low as licorice will raise blood pressure if yours is not low there is no need to try this, for it will not be of any help to you.
Licorice will work, says Dr Baschetti, only if the chronic fatigue suffer also has enlarged and painful lymph nodes. Page 219
Read this book page 213 - 220 Miracle Cures Jean Carper 1997 Harper Collins You can get it through inter library loan if your library does not carry this one.
If these things are not the case do not want to scare you however you need to be checked it could be many things one of which is lymphatic cancer. Nevertheless what ever it is you need to find out just what it is quickly so it the correct procedures can be addressed.

The glands got swollen after dental work in January and have stayed that way.
I think I am allergic to the composite filling material. I am probably going to have to get that tooth removed because of it. The dentist really screwed that up and I'm not willing to try a trade on the filling material because of the swollen glands.
My blood pressure is always perfect, 118/70 or something around there.
I don't have cancer, I'm allergic to some types of plastic, always have been, even as a little kid. Every blood test I've ever had shows an allergic reaction to an unknown something. I do not have any food allergies. It's the plastics.
I tried the castor oil on a cloth for two day maybe three in a row last week, it provides some relief but still swollen. Otherwise I am kind of too busy to do it every day. easier to lose the tooth. i'll get to it...

I really am all better except for that. For the most part my memories and physical associations with mercury poisoning are rapdily diminishing as I continue to feast on fresh cilantro and basil from the garden.
I truly dread the idea of losing another tooth to mr. dentist's lack of competency but I guess I will head in this week to have it yanked... done and over with. at least it's a rear molar as usual. still have my smile <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
I really do think the mercury dentists fill those rear molars to provide future income for the industry. I have noticed in young kids how they will fill the back molars in a pattern starting with huge amalgam fillings in the 2nd from last molars (not including wisdom teeth) right left up and down. Guess which ones I have all had pulled at the point this last one gets done. I know so many people with bridgework in those same areas too. I have to spend my money on something else besides more worrying about 'em though.
I am so jealous of these hillbillies I meet whose parents were too poor to take them to dentists. They all have all their teeth still, assuming they are generally healthy to begin with and don't use drugs. Me, I am the resulting joke of 'preventative' dentistry circa 1970.
