Neti Pot’s are excellent. Really sorted my sinuses out a treat. I have about 5 different shapes and sizes, but the one in the shape of the rhino horn is by far the best, by a country mile the best.

It’s best to get someone to show you how its done, because there is a certain knack to it, LOL.

I am proud to say I can do stage 2 which is when u sniff the water back up through your nose and out your mouth, LOL, but I suggest u give it a couple of months before u try that <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
