The "where did god come from" answer is not a satisfactory rebuttle. Evolutionists face the same question when faced with the unfathomable and enormous amounts of energy contained in the universe. The energy contained and emitted from the sun alone is mind boggling. You would have to explain where such energy originated.
It is also a self defeating concept. You are cancelling out earlier evidence that you understand based on the fact that it leads you to ideas and concepts you don't understand.
