Yes, I've taken Fo-Ti, although it's better known as Ho Shou Wu. Here's some information and research I put together about it: Ho Shou Wu. Although I haven't heard of taking Ho shou wu for the adrenals, many Chinese herbs have indirect actions that benefit other parts of the body. If you read paragraph 2, you could see how the effects of Ho shou wu could be interpreted as helping the adrenals...by this I mean how the herb helps promote a sense of calmness and peacful sleep. Astragalus, on the other hand, has definitely been used for the adrenals and is actually used clinically for adrenal deficiency (low adrenal function). Astragalus is an amazing herb with lots of scientific research and clinical studies to support its many uses: AstragalusHope this helps! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
