Have you ever tried digestive enzymes? They really help out my digestion...

Generally, I would not eat fish. I would, however, take a supplement for your Omega-3s I'm very concerned about the amount of mercury in fish. If you really want to eat fish, I would be sure to take Algin 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the meal to protect yourself. Hope this helps.

how it was explained to me by a holistic doctor was that the shorter the life span of the fish before they are cuaght and processed the less mercury it will absorb ,salmon, mackeral and tuna have the highest beacause of there longer life span before being caught and processed , sardines have the shortest life span before being caught and processed so they contain less murcury ,if you decide to eat sardines for protein make sure you get the sardines that are packed in water and not other oils like soybean or canola these oils can affect you. If you take algin before and after eating sardines you should not have any problems with mercury

Free range chicken and turkey, organic pork? These are "complete" proteins, they will give you the full complement of amino acids. Eggs, beans etc are "incomplete" as they are partial sources of amino acids.

Peanuts are raw legumes and contain toxins such as phytates. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
