Heavymetalme, yes that sounds the best thing to do. I wish I had Algin but I just ordered it and it will take some time before I get it (I live in Europe) - I don't know if there are any alternatives for it? I cant tolerate Chlorella for some reason.

Btw, I'm not sure which one made me sicker - using zapper or visiting the dentist's office a couple of days ago (this got really bad after that visit).
