Hi there. This link here should be a pretty good place to start
http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cfd.phpif you scroll down you should find where it mentions the questionnaire. But on that site there are many excellent articles to read, so you may find yourself having a good read and checking them out.
But the tingling and burning sounds like mercury to me. The full of electricity feeling etc. Ive heard of that before with this. But dealing with candida will enable you to more clearly see what is doing what and hopefully will help you cope easier with the mercury.
I wouldn't recommend necessarily aggressively treating candida with antifungals as such though. you can successfully treat it with diet (proper one) and supplements and actually natural antifungals like garlic, coconut oil are excellent anyway and part of the diet. So you dont really need to go out and buy anything fancy.
Also, there is another thing. Yeast can contain mercury and other metals. Sometimes when a person decides to do a candida cleanse with strong antifungals, they may kill a lot of yeast in one shot and be overwhelmed by the toxins the yeast releases when it gets killed off. Not only the yeast toxins itself, but also any contained metals may also be released into the system. I had that occur and got very ill from an antifungal and had to chelate the metals back out.
Yet before that, I had done the diet alone and had normal yeast die off, but not the metal release as such. I should not have used the antifungal later on, but I did. Perhaps if I had gone more carefully with it at a reduced dose, I'd have been better off.
So it is something that can happen if your yeast happens to have stored metals inside. But the diet alone is safe. It will simply starve the yeast to death slowly and the dead yeast will be disgarded later. You may get worse initially because of the toxins from the yeast itself, but this is quite normal.
Antifungal work more by splitting the cell walls open and often they kill too much yeast in one go. So you can see why it can overwhelm a person's system and make them sick. Better to go with diet alone first at least and if one wishes to go further, they maybe able to introduce an antifungal later down the road with caution.
PS. I clicked on that link and the questionnaire on there does not appear to be coming up, so here is a link to one.
