extreme anxiety-mostly social depression,eczema,dizziness,blurred vision,numbness in limbs, feeling cold,

i had my filling removed 6-7 months ago. the last two months i have started to feel alot better. numbness has nearly gone,infact nearly all symptom have gone apart from my social anxiety. hope it dont all come back!
