I know that the mercury blood test isn't considered that meaningful in terms of chronic exposure.

However, I had a blood test taken within a week of having my last amalgam out. The test showed very little blood mercury.

Can I take this as a good sign that the removal process was clean and didn't expose me to much additional mercury? Or is the blood test just not that indicative of anything?
