I've been using HMD for 3 days now. It seems to be working for me, and the price is reasonable. Early days yet, but so far so good. (I'm taking Algin too, and Detoxica, and eating plenty of garlic and eggs, but the HMD seems to be the most potent thing on the list right now.)
