Dear friends,
I'm going to see Dr Hesham in a few weeks time. I'm very, very excited. I've chosen to have my amalgams removed with him as he has more safety precautions, including vapor reading, than anyone else I could find. In fact, I'll be travelling from another country to London for it.
My question is to you fellow patients <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> is there any chance of complications that would demand I return for follow-ups? This would be a problem, as I'm not in England ... (I don't mean the permanent fillings that will be done in another year's time.)
Would really appreciate your ideas and experiences!! Cheers

That was my main concern but im in England but not in london.
I heard you can do colonic hydrotherapy and see a specialist straight after to see how it all went...I think you should just stock up on the detox he uses.
But im guessing the best thing to do is to ring/email and find out.

I have been back for monthly check ups but it isn't strictly necessary. It's been over a year now and I'm due to have my permanent fillings done soon. All the best Cabrita

Cabarita, when he gets it out, it's out. If there is other work needs doin then either ya might need more time or ya could go to your other dentist if ya got one ya trust. Thats the hard part.
