hi yw heavymetalme. The process of detoxing mercury is definitely not a slow smooth upward climb to improvement. It is totally erratic. It's like climbing out of a hole oneday and thinking "hey i'm feeling better" and then being shoved straight back into it again. And this just keeps on going.
Not fun at all. My symptoms are worse now because of a viral infection I got, so I dont recover like I did or detox properly, if at all. I rely on diet to control symptoms to a point, but healing has not taken place now for 4 years since the virus. Before that, i was healing from mercury toxicity and much happier.
So dont give up, the roller coaster ride happens because no sooner have you just eliminated some mercury, more comes up to be excreted. It just fills you back up again and it will continue to do this until enough has been eliminated and you start to have longer patches of feeling better.
