I have discovered something recently that I was not aware of. And it is that most people in our nation has excessive calcium in their bodies and are getting too much calcium and not enough magnesium. I have started using a liquid magnesium and have stop taking calcium because I found out from a hair analysis that I have an insane amount of calcium in my body.
When there is excessive calcium without the proper ratio of magnesium the calcium doesn't absorb and it calsifies in the body which is very dangerous and causes alot of problem eventually.
Click on google and type in 'excessive calcium' and you can read this yourself. It's disturbing that we are having calcium pushed onto us without being told about the magnesium and it is actually causing osteoporosis and many other illnesses.
The reason I am responding to your post is because I have always had dry, scaly skin around my ankles and also on my left hand (which was puzzling to me). In no time after I started using the liquid mag the dry skin has disappeared and my skin stays soft like it has been lotioned. I am really amazed by this and am excited because alot of the symptoms that I struggle with match magnesium deficiency symptoms.
So, anyway, you might want to look into this.
