Hm, I thought that if you were feeling like you look in the pic, things can't be too bad
I can't stress diet, diet diet enough. Others here will back me up with that. It can help you get rid of the candida problem but you do have to be strict about not eating foods that will feed it. But it is truly the way to health regardless. When you are young I know it is tempting to push the body to its limits because it seems to be able to take it. What's really happening is that it is storing up problems for the future. It may take a decade, or two, or more, but this is the definition of degenerative diseases -- they take time to develop. You've got a golden opportunity now to take control of your health for your lifetime. You may decide once you're feeling better, not to be quite so strict with the diet, but if you go back to eating junk food you will be risking illness again.
About B-vitamins . . . you may be taking too high a dose. What's more, they're not absorbed very well anyway. It's often a good move to try to get something called living vitamins if you can. They are plant-derived rather than synthetic, and so the body recognises them as being more natural to it. They don't come cheap though. One of my most important supplements is a living food multivitamin with a B-complex in it -- but it costs £40 a month. Still, I would say shop around. Are you taking any magnesium?
As for me, I think my body is eagerly chelating even when I'm not taking DMSA. Must be all those supplements LOL. I've had to take several extra doses of algin today, they seem to ease the symptoms. The anxiety and the irritability are the worst.
Keep us posted Joel BTW I'd work on stocking up on vitamins and minerals right now, rather than herbs. Herbs can be helpful but first and foremost your body needs nutrition, especially when you are poorly.
Best, Linda.
