Hi Veggie Juicer, I also had my amalgams out - and I didnt go to a holistic dentist either- but I made sure to get alot of Vitamin C between visits , used a dental Chelat mouthwash that absorbs even nana-particles of methyl mercury , used Activated charcoal the day of each dental filling replacement visit, asked the dentist to use a rubber dam--- which he laughingly did to humor me.

I also breathed into a fan plugged in my car's cigarrette lighter after each dental visit. Took a shower right when I got home to wash out any mercury vapor from my body, began chelating with chlorella , Algin, Butcher's Broom, Activated Charcoal the day after my last filling was finally replaced.

I reccomend doing an occasional colon cleanse after your fillings are replaced-- because the stray mercury does end up clogging your colon. This way you can purge alot of that mercury out from the colon.

Algin is great to take even now while you still may have some fillings remaining yet.

So far, i'ts been over a year and I have been fortunate to have only slight detox mercury side effects ---which didnt last long. I had 8 metal fillings. Getting them replaced two at a time was the best thing I ever did.

Take care of your immune system while you are getting your fillings replaced because even though mercury is the cause of alot of problems, you can give your body an edge over mercury toxicity by supporting your immune system.

Make sure to increase your magnesium and selenium. Brazil Nuts are a great source of selenium-- just 3 a day do the trick. An Epsom Salts bath-- or even an Epsom Salts foot bath absorb alot of magnesium into the body also.

I found that my body needs fish oils and other oils like Oil of Evening Primrose an Flaxseed oil to help me against depression. I especially need these oils during Menstruation and have read that those who are bipolar also benefit from these oils as well.
