You are sounding a little better now Virago. Wow, art therapy -- how jammy is that!!! Can I get some too LOL. I had no idea the NHS offered something like that. There's an artist in me who has been sleeping for years.

B12 . . . injections are best. Sublingual can be OK, depending on what you are taking. I thought the common thing there was a liquid rather than a tab.

Iron . . . what I'm told is that it's best to get it from your diet. I was on iron pills for months and I don't think they did me much good. I don't like the taste of liver but I've found a way to cook it that isn't too bad. I had it raw in drinks for a while . . . don't want to go there again. Just tasted foul.

Mag citrate is great but you probably need to be taking about 800mg a day in divided doses. If you are only taking 100mg a day, this is going to have very little impact on your health. I have been ordering mine from the US because it's so ridiculously expensive here. Even with the cost of shipping I come out ahead. Mind you, I have my parents ship it, which may be helping me to elude customs charges as it's not obviously from a company.

Please keep us updated on how you get on. I am chelating too, have only done 2 rounds so far. It's always helpful to read about people's experiences with that.

Best wishes,
Linda.
