I'm sorry you've been so poorly. These doctors of our are so completely useless most of the time.

Can I ask how you know that you are deficient in B12 and folate? I know that these are standard things that are checked here in a blood test. If you've got those concrete results, then your doctor should be working with you on this. If B12 is low, they should be able to give you an injection, or refer you to someone who can. If folate is very low, they should prescribe an iron supplement. If it isn't dangerously low then you might be able to help it up by eating more red meat, especially lamb's liver.

Do you take magnesium?

Have they not done any tests on you at all? These symptoms you describe would be frightening for anyone. I would be banging on the door demanding help. The least they can do is run some tests.

Also, can I ask if you've looked into finding a naturopathic doctor? I also hear Chinese doctors are good, that they can learn more from examining your tongue than a whole battery of standard hospital tests might tell you. I know it's not easy to find them here in the UK. I keep looking myself. I've been doing OK on my own so far, but if I or any family member really gets ill, I don't want our healing in the hands of dangerous quacks.
