Well todays been that bit more of a nightmare than 'usual'...understatement.
3rd day of trying out 3000mcg sublingual methyl-b-12. Yesterday had a load of 'mini' seizures on the couch, the tonic/paralysing type, reminiscent of when they first started happening 2 years ago after amalgam removal. But today quite possibly came closer to death than ever before, even the time when my hair nearly got pulled into an electric fan heater when i blacked out. Got a tiny hint of a warning while in the bath - should have got the hell out immediately but the paralysis/drowsiness thing means i cant. Once again there is a mystery 'void' of memory loss of about 2 hours; i woke up totally dazed, shaking, no clothes on, in bed. Hair + pillow soaked. No idea how i actually got there. Took a while to come round, noticed i had bit my tongue and cheek again - small bruise/burn on left leg - head aching, possibly bumped on edge of bath [?] Called doc but, of course! shes on holiday for 2 weeks, thats nice. Duty doc says to go in for a check tho... well, took Amalgam Illness book, and DMSA container to show, the usual awkward silence ensues, but yeah we know that NHS dont 'know' / want to know about The Issue. Did check eyes / blood pressure THIS time, hooray... but nothing major noticed. Sinking feeling when she mentioned that according to my records, arent these 'seizures' caused by my 'moods'? L.O.L. No. But yeah its after 5pm on a friday so someone wants to get home, as do i, and here i am. Advice given [within the parameters of what a young NHS doc *could* say given this disaster of a life] ; Dont Have Baths...

And so, the dilemma remains; deficient in B-12 [and iron +folate] but how do i supplement it without the risk of blacking out, drowning.... head injury... or electrocution??!!!
This is presuming that it WAS responsible for today, but it seems likely.
How very testing.
