Hi there, I dont know about algin, I have not tried it. I do not see how it will help me as I dont seem to have a metal toxic problem as such anymore.

Algin is more for metals that are in circulation. It can help absorb some apparently and may help symptoms. Not sure if this will help me, as I have more of a toxic issue I think with other sources like cavitations, gum infection and possiby incompatible dental materials or even a leaky composite.

Yeah it's hard to say what will work for each person. I am ok with some sulfur, but I dont go overboard. I cannot handle garlic in supplement form, it is dangerous to me. But anytime you have free floating metals, you may find sulfur foods/supplements aggravate your symptoms and sometimes dramatically. It may indeed move them, but often bounces them around, which is why I think it's easier and safer to follow a well thought out chelation protocol like Cutler's, that cuts down on this and lowers the risk of mercury doing damage as it's being bounced around.
