Detoxica contains glutamic acid, L-cysteine, and L-glycine, the three precursors to glutathione. The dosage of this blend is 1.5 grams a day, though this can be doubled. I have seen this protocol recommended on some other sites too. Buying it this way appears to be a lot cheaper than buying these supplements separately (at least here in the UK).
