Also my minerals are all good in range. Apparently though cod liver oil has an adverse reduction in my metabolic type and not sure what this means so could someone please help me find answers to this?

Not sure what it means but I have my levels all in the good range but still prob remove my amalgams as they going to have to get changed in a few years time anyway.
